International Return and Refund Policy
At Tourismo Clothing we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our international return and refund policy.
Returns
You may return unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items in their original condition within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price. Items must be returned with all tags attached and in their original packaging. No restocking fees will be applied for returns. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service at contact@tourismoclothing.com to arrange the exchange. Return and reshipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Non-Returnable Items
Sale items, personalized items and underwear are not returnable or refundable unless there are manufacturing defects.
How to Return an Item
To return an item, please contact our customer service at contact@tourismoclothing.com to obtain a return authorization and further instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
