We process orders within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

- Free Shipping : For any order of 60 euros or more.
- Shipping Costs : For orders under 69 euros, a fixed fee of 3.90 euros apply.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and the shipping method chosen.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order's shipment on the carrier's website.
Delivery address
Please make sure to provide a complete and correct shipping address when placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages or deliveries to an incorrect address due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
