Frequently asked questions

What is left to know before you order.

Which formats are available?

A2, A3, A4, to pick in the selector. Measure your wall space first: that is what really changes once it is hung.

With or without a frame?

Both are offered in the selector, and the price updates as soon as you choose. Without a frame, you pick your own framing in the format shown.

Poster or canvas?

The poster is a print on paper, to frame or not. The canvas is a print on canvas, made to hang as it is. Different formats: A4 to A2 for the poster, 30 × 40 to 100 × 140 cm for the canvas, both with or without a frame.

Delivery time and cost?

Shipped within 1 to 2 business days, then estimated delivery 5 to 7 business days. You get a tracking number as soon as it ships. Shipping: free from 80€, otherwise 6,90€

How do I track my order?

You get an email with the tracking number as soon as it ships. You can also follow your parcel from the tracking page on the site.

What if it arrives damaged?

Check the corners and the surface on delivery and write to us straight away with a photo: a manufacturing defect is covered, even on sale.

What if my question is not here?

Write to us before you order. Format, frame, timing: we answer, and it is faster than a return.
